5 Universal Skin Care Steps Cleanse and Tone: Purpose is simple removes makeup dirt and germs. Formulated to clean skin without stripping natural oils, leaves skin softer and fresher than soap.
Toner returns skin back to proper PH balance. Treatment: targeted benefits beyond moisturizing. Apply to clean skin and let penetrate for a couple minutes before using moisturizer. Eye Care: The delicate skin around the eye needs special handling! Specific products are formulated for the dark circles, puffiness fine lines, wrinkles or help improve elasticity and firmness. AVON products are all ophthalmologist-tested. Tip Use the ring finger to apply products to the eye area. (Lest Pressure) Dot gently around moving towards the nose, do not tug or pull on skin.
